SAVE THE DATE – IPHCA’S LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY DAY

The 2009 Legislative Advocacy Day events will be held February 24 – 25 in Springfield. A legislative reception will be held on February 24 at the Hoogland Center for the Arts from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. Legislative Advocacy Day will be held the following day, February 25, beginning at 8:30 a.m. at the IPHCA Institute for Learning and later the State Capitol Complex. IPHCA has reserved a block of rooms at the Springfield Hilton, located at 700 East Adams Street. The deadline to reserve rooms is February 2, 2009. Call (217) 789-1530 and reference group code “IPH” to receive the discounted rate. NACHC Policy & Issues Forum

SAVE THE DATE – NACHC POLICY & ISSUES FORUM

The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) Policy and Issues Forum will be held March 23 – 28 in Washington, D.C. The conference allows IPHCA members to meet with members of the Illinois Congressional Delegation and their staff to discuss important issues facing health centers.
